For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided a secure, electronic version of the rental application.

1. You may fill out the application online and print it.


2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.


3. After completion, mail or bring the original completed application to the rental office. FAXES ARE NOT ACCEPTED

If there is more than one adult in the household, they must fill out:

• Authorization to Release Information


• Credit and Criminal Background Check


• Document Package for Applicatnts/Tenants Consent to the Release of The Information (last page)

Everyone must fill out. One per person from newborn to adults:

• Citizenship Declaration


• Race and Ethnic Data Report Form


• Supplement to Application Federally Assisted Housing (contact information)


• Social Security Administration (If they receive SS or SSI)
